  • 7 single rooms, 4 family rooms and 2 flats, 9 with ensuite facilities, all monitored by a scanning audio system to provide maximum security. Should staff hear a parent behaving inappropriately or placing their child or any other individual at risk this will be shared with your child’s social worker/referral agent or police. The audio monitor records all sounds within each room during a ten-day cycle, each recording is then overwritten.
  • There are CCTV security cameras placed in the Unit’s grounds which are used for security purposes. However, should staff witness a parent behaving inappropriately or placing their child or any other individual at risk, this will be shared with your child’s social worker/referral agent or police.   • 2 first-floor bathrooms with showers and baths; 2 downstairs toilets, one adapted for use by disabled visitors
  • Communal lounge, dining room, well equipped kitchen, baby changing nursery and laundry
    Purpose-built, well-equipped conservatory playroom within the main House
  • Separate nursery building in the grounds used for Baby Communication and Massage, teaching sessions, play sessions and supervised contact sessions
  • Large, secure garden - safe play area
